I have set up Mike Kay Yacht Brokerage to deal with the sale of Yachts and Motor Cruisers of all descriptions from A1 condition to virtual wrecks! Being independent means I have no other commitments or duties other than to my clients enabling me to provide a much more personal service.

One of the benefits of being independent and working from home is that, I can keep my fees down. I work on a no sale, no fee Basis, so I would only be entitled to my fee when I have introduced the purchaser.
